Our aim is to introduce the history, culture and cuisine of Turkiye to the world and to taste. Among our targets is to further develop Turkish Gastronomy on a locally, regional and national basis, bringing Gastronomy Tourism to the next level with the best chefs, developing and promoting Turkish Cuisine and Gastronomy, to establish a Turkish Cuisine school if necessary, bringing Turkish Cuisine to an accessible level in the gastronomy sector.

Increasing our activities with contests, competitions, exhibitions, summits, etc., we will prepare our young talented students at high schools and universities, which are the cornerstones of our cuisine, for a more professional environment. We will work with all our strength to raise our youth above the standards in Türkiye and in the world.
